Having taken bold leaps in my own life with the help of great coaching, I became a coach myself in 2019, earning my Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI)—the first ICF-accredited coaching school, with over 150,000 trained coaches worldwide. I went on to obtain my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2020.

Beyond coaching, I am a marketing and communications leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategy for global brands, purpose-driven initiatives, and groundbreaking creative ventures. My work spans Microsoft, Girl Rising, tech startups, and, most recently, Chief Communications Officer at Meow Wolf, where I led high-impact storytelling and brand expansion.

From sprinting through NYC in impractical heels to securing multi-million-dollar funding in Asia to guiding millions into the unknown, I know the heady intoxication of ambition, adrenaline, and the ever-elusive finish line.

I work with people who are ready to make bold moves—whether that means redefining success, reclaiming their energy, or finally pursuing what truly matters. My clients are often:

  • Corporate escape artists ready to break free and build the dream they’ve been putting off.

  • Leaders on the rise—from mid-level managers to C-suite executives—who want to level up with intention.

  • Navigators of change, whether facing a layoff, career pivot, or a reinvention of what work looks like.

  • High achievers balancing big careers and shifting energy (hello, perimenopause).

  • Creatives, visionaries, and founders who know, deep down, it’s time to carve out space for what they’re meant to do.

If any of this resonates, you’re in the right place.
